BCBA-led ABA therapy delivered in your house, across South Carolina. Sessions in your kitchen, your living room, your back porch. Where your child already lives, where the skills they build actually stick.
Applied Behavior Analysis is a research-backed therapy that teaches functional skills and reduces challenging behaviors through structured, individualized teaching. We bring it to your home instead of a clinic. Your therapist works one on one with your child in the rooms and routines where they spend most of their day.
Most families pick in-home over a clinic because the skills transfer. Therapy in a clinic teaches your child to thrive in a clinic. Therapy in your home teaches your child to thrive at home, at the table, in the morning rush, when a sibling barges in.
Behind every session is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who designs the plan and watches the data. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) runs the day-to-day sessions and is the one your child sees most.
Sessions are typically two to four hours, scheduled multiple times per week. The BCBA does the initial assessment in your home or by telehealth, your preference. From there your team builds the schedule around your family's real life. Weekends, after-school, mornings. Whatever fits.
A parent or caregiver is home during sessions. Many families use the time to handle a sibling, run an errand from the next room, or get work done. The therapy is for your child, not a performance for you to watch.

A real person picks up. We hear about your child and explain what's possible. No sales pitch.
Same day. We run your benefits and tell you exactly what's covered before you commit.
Your BCBA meets your child at home (or by telehealth) and builds the treatment plan.
Your RBT starts sessions. Your BCBA supervises and adjusts the plan as your child grows.
Sessions happen where life happens. Your child learns to brush their teeth at your bathroom sink, not a clinic's.
Your treatment plan is designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, not a manager.
No chasing across town. No clinic waiting rooms. No tired kid before the session even starts.
We run your verification of benefits the same day you call. You know what's covered before you commit.

Most South Carolina families pay little or nothing out of pocket. We accept SC Medicaid (Healthy Connections), TRICARE, and most major private insurance. We run a verification of benefits the same day you reach out so you know exactly what your plan covers before therapy starts.
It depends on your child. After the initial assessment your BCBA recommends a number of hours based on what your child needs. Insurance then authorizes some or all of those hours. The right number is whatever the treatment plan calls for, and we walk you through it.
Yes. A parent or caregiver needs to be home during sessions. Many families stay in another room and use the time for their own things. We just need an adult on the property and available if something comes up.
Yes. South Carolina law lets families bring their private ABA team into public school. If your child is school-age we can run sessions in the classroom or split time between school and home, depending on the treatment plan.
