A diagnosis is a lot. We make the next step the easy part.

Most families find us right after a diagnosis. There's a lot to take in. Insurance authorizations, IEPs, ABA, BCBAs, RBTs, the Autism Care Demonstration, the alphabet of it. Our team walks you through every piece in plain English. We run your insurance the same day you reach out so you know exactly what's covered. We handle the back-and-forth with insurance to advocate for the services your child qualifies for. You focus on your kid.

Why in-home

Why we come to you in Myrtle Beach

Myrtle Beach is a unique market: a smaller year-round population with seasonal spikes, lots of relocating families from up north, and a growing Hispanic community. We hire BCBAs and RBTs across the Grand Strand so we can build local teams.

We come to you. Sessions in your house, scheduled around the realities of life on the Strand (tourist seasons, hurricane prep, the I-95 commute).

Inside a session

What a session looks like

A typical session is two to four hours of structured, play-based teaching, one on one with your child. Goals are real-life.

Some families use a mix of in-home and telehealth for BCBA supervision and parent coaching, which fits busy work schedules.

Myrtle Beach resources

Myrtle Beach-area resources we know well

In-person evaluation

Conway Medical Center handles some pediatric services. For full developmental evaluations, families often travel to MUSC in Charleston or use online providers.

Online evaluation (don't want to wait)

Telehealth providers like As You Are and Prosper Health offer online autism evaluations, often with shorter wait times than a hospital clinic. SC Medicaid covers evaluation via telehealth under EPSDT.

Myrtle Beach-area schools

Horry County Schools covers Myrtle Beach and Conway. South Carolina law lets families bring their private ABA team into school. We coordinate with HCS's Exceptional Children's office.

Military families (TRICARE)

No major active-duty installations on the Grand Strand. We work with Reserve and Guard TRICARE families and retired military families.
