Southcrest ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned, BCBA-led practice based in Goose Creek, South Carolina, serving families across the state. Our office is at 221 St James Ave, Suite 1. We work in your home, on your schedule, with the goal of making ABA feel less like a clinic visit and more like the support it actually is.
We're a small practice on purpose. We're not a national chain. We hire one BCBA and one or two RBTs per family so your team is small, consistent, and knows your child by name. We turn down work we can't staff well rather than spread our team thin and lose what makes us worth picking.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst designs the plan, supervises the team, and stays close to your child's progress. Not just a name on paperwork.

We provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across South Carolina. Sessions happen in your house, two to four hours at a time, led by a BCBA who writes the treatment plan and supervised throughout. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) runs the day-to-day sessions.
Beyond standard in-home, we offer early intervention for toddlers and preschoolers, social skills training, verbal behavior therapy, parent and caregiver training, school-readiness programs, telehealth for parent coaching and supervision, in-school ABA (South Carolina law lets families bring their private ABA team into public school), behavior reduction for families dealing with significant challenging behavior, functional behavior assessments, adolescent and teen ABA, and TRICARE support for military families at Joint Base Charleston, Shaw AFB, Fort Jackson, Parris Island, and MCAS Beaufort.

Most South Carolina families pay little or nothing out of pocket. We accept SC Medicaid (Healthy Connections), TRICARE (we are TRICARE-certified, out-of-network but TRICARE-approved), and most major private insurance carriers including BlueCross BlueShield of SC, Healthy Blue SC, Select Health of SC, First Choice by Select Health, Molina, Aetna Better Health, and Wellcare. We work with most carriers in-network or out-of-network.
